Composites, which were formerly known as Reinforced Plastics. Maybe referred to by the generic name of fibreglass or by such acronyms as GRP - Glass Reinforced Polyester and FRP - Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic & polymer composite. The major composition of composites is reinforcement fibre and the matrix. Usually the matrix is a thermosetting resin, such as unsaturated polyester resin –orthophthalic, isophthalic, bisphenol, vinyl ester or epoxide, phenolic or others for more specific application.

Reinforced Plastic is durable and astonishingly tough, chemical and corrosion resistant, and when required, can be produced with fire-retardant property. As a construction material, it can be fabricated into all manner of products, be it translucent, opaque or colored, flat or shaped, thin or thick. There are virtually no limits to the size and specification of object that can be produced.

How does FRP composite products are produced, what is basically required is a mould, single sided or enclosed form, where the components are formed together. For single sided mould, layers of glass mat are impregnated with liquid resin until the required thickness is built-up, so forming a laminate or moldings. Where for closed mould, various system are used like matched die molding & RTM – resin transfer molding, reinforcement are placed in the mould and the matrices is introduced into the moulds by injection or simply utilized SMC. Filament Winding is another process generally used to produce cylindrical tanks, process vessels, chimneys, pipe & ducting, where continuous filament or roving are wind onto a rotating mandrel. Another system is by Pultrusion, whereby impregnated reinforcements goes through a heated metal die, thus forming pultruded profiles used for handrail, cable trays, fishing rods, gratings and especially for oil & gas industry.

Composite product exhibits the following properties:
Low weight, high strength & high impact resistance, good in-service dimensional stability, good fatigue properties, high dielectric strength, excellent weather & water resistant, in-built self-color, high ultra-violet stability, low thermal conductivity, easy prototype construction, ability to create wide-range of textured finishes, extremely low maintenance requirement.

Our Objective
One of our primary goal is to develop an outstanding relationship with our customer. Customer service and providing the highest quality products have always been our motto.

Focusing on quality system requirement, our company is in the process of implementing the ISO 9002 standard.
